SRS maintains an internal Receivables Management operation in our corporate office that focuses on virtually all types of receivable reimbursement. In situations where volumes have grown beyond the capacity for facilities to effectively work all of their accounts, SRS can supplement and enhance your efforts.
SRS can design a program that will help maximize reimbursement from your receivables. This can be accomplished with a one-time clean-up of the backlog which would allow you and your staff to focus on current accounts and internal operations, or we can design a focused outsource program whereby designated accounts would be routinely outsourced. This could be performed by patient type, bybalance size, by financial class, etc.
SRS can act as an extension of your business office using your name, or operate under our name to serve as your collection or billing agent.
Our Staff is specifically trained on self-pay and third party follow-up collections and billing. They are experienced with Medicare, Medicaid, HMO's, PPO's and other payers that reimburse under various discounting arrangements.
